Through and Intense very specific series of breathing sequences, our body, mind and soul become equipped with the ability to re connect, restore and heal. Originating from Century old traditional Indonesian breathing techniques,where by the emphasis is placed on using and recognizing our own body’s ability to breath our way to optimal mind, body health and wellness. A diversity of various breathing methods, sees a diversity of complaints addressed. With concentration on deep breathing delivered to the bone marrow, one will experience,cleansing, focus, clarity,alertness, calmness, happiness and a sense of well being and mindfulness. Reducing cortisol and carbon dioxide but increasing oxygen, with the emphasis on the nervous system, a wide range of mental and physical health concerns will be addressed. Along with daily lifestyle challenges, including but not isolated to, depression, sleep deprivation, anxiety, stress, post natal depression fear, confusion, weight and body issues. This method of breathing is combined with resistance body weight movement for maximum penetration and absorption.
Body to Breath encompasses so many different elements and philosophies. It advocates that it is a a fitness regime for body and peak mental health, wellness and happiness for everybody and anybody regardless of your fitness levels and performance.
